Project: Adobe Executive Forum
Bringing Adobe's Executive Tier 1 aesthetic centre stage.
A behind-the-scenes look at Adobe's 2025 Executive Forum in Lausanne. As Creative Lead, the brief was to introduce a new sophisticated tone-on-tone aesthetic to the annual event while building on the previous year's successes.
Working within the historic Beau-Rivage Palace presented an immediate challenge: how to honour the venue's Art Nouveau and neo-baroque architecture while establishing Adobe's clean, contemporary brand presence. Rather than competing with it, the approach centred on collaboration - a partnership using restraint and precision to create spaces that felt both refined and dynamically responsive.
The Salle Sandoz Ballroom became the test case for this approach. With intimate seating, we mirrored the ballroom's grand architecture with three LED gauze arches nested within the main arch. Backed by black marble, this layered approach created a stage that could instantly transform throughout the two-day event.
Alongside the Adobe Lens, LED flex on each arch allowed transitions from Adobe's signature red accent to a crisp or warm white depending on content needs. The gauze itself became a dynamic element as front stage lighting made it appear solid black for focused presentations, while rear stage lighting created transparency that revealed the marble backdrop behind. This gave us a carefully controlled stage that could shift from bold brand moments to subtle elegance within a single session.
This level of detail extended throughout the guest journey. Executives were greeted by a striking mirrored Adobe A at reception, while the lounge spaces used light contemporary furniture to complement ornate interiors. Strategic Adobe Red accents—and interactive experiences—punctuated intimate networking clusters without overwhelming the historic setting.
